2. Structural features and usage principles
This product features good quality & easy operation. Its cover is made of flannel,
pure cotton and leather and its frame is made of environmentally-friendly density
boards. Bed head and tail are electrically adjustable. The combination of mattress and bed frame generates air flow, making the sleeping environment dry and clean.
3. Technical features
Major parameters: the elastic supporting bars undergo high-temperature and
high-pressure processing and thus boast high elasticity. Technical evaluation shows that each bar can bear 15-40Kg.

5. Explanation of product models
Model numbers are composed of English letters and Arabic numbers without
specific meaning.
6. Main raw materials and accessories
Gluing board and density board are used as base material. The Formaldehyde
emission accords with E-1 level requirement of GB18580 standard. Melamine
board is used for inner surface.
Environmental-friendly, innocuous and odorless adhesives are used for bed
veneers in accordance with GB18583-2001 standard.
Hettich-branded hardware is used.
Retractable mattress cover is environmental-friendly and accords with OKOTE100
standard.
Direct-current, low-noise and high-torque electric motor is used for the electric
bed frame.
High-temperature pressed catalpa is used as elastic bracket. The
bearing capacity of each bracket is 15KG-40KG. 02

8. Usage and important tips
Please lie flat on the bed before using it. Then, turn on the switch of bed
frame and adjust it to the most comfortable position. Do not exert sudden and
heavy pressure on the head and tail of the bed.
After installation, please check if it is firm, if it is shakable, if there is any
obvious breakage, if the electric bed is fluctuating and if there is any obvious
squeak.
09. Handling and storage
This product should be placed in a dry and ventilated indoor environment. It
should also be kept away from sunlight and rains and handled with care.
10. Open the package and check if there is any breakage, color difference and
shortage of accessories
PRECAUTIONS:
1. Please do not use this product under especially damp environments such
as in the vicinity of a swimming pool, hot spring and etc.
2. Please use standard mains supply if you choose an electric bedstead with massage function.
3. Please do not soak the controller or remote controller in water to avoid
damage, danger or control failure.
4. Please do not pull the plug cord forcefully or plug/unplug the power supply
with wet hands.
5. Do not use this product if the electric cord or outer cover is broken or worn
out. Have them replaced or maintained promptly.
6. Please make sure the power is off before inserting the plug into socket.
7. Please turn off the power and pull off the plug if this product will not be
used for a long time.
8. In case of power cut, please use the backup battery to keep the
ascended bedstead horizontal to avoid unpredictable problems when the
power is restored.
9. Please immediately turn off the power, pull off the plug from the socket
and report to local dealer or maintenance shop if there is any abnormal
phenomenon when you use it.
10. It is prohibited to put or stab any sharp instrument on or into the mattress

COMMON FAILURE ANALYSIS OF MASSAGE BED AND

Solutions to avoid damage of the bed and air bag as well as air leakage.
11. Put the controller on the inside edges of the bed.
12. The overall maximum surface bearing capacity of the bedstead is 120
kilograms on single bed. Please do not exert local pressure.
13. For electric bedsteads, the maximum bearing capacity of the farthest
end from the movable part to the moving pivot is 35 kilograms. Overweight is
prohibited.
