Deliveries

All our products are free delivery but inclusive of VAT.we encourage our customer to prepare for delivery if you miss delivery,you will need to collect the product from our warehouse or either incure charges for second delivery which you will need to contact the wonderspa to resolve the delivery issue.Goods must be checked within three days of delivery.

If the product is received in an unsatisfactory condition please retain all relevant documents so that fact on the delivery note even before you open the damaged packaging to examine the contents.

You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery.
